employee disput handling , employee consultation and motivation

Job
Description

Recruitment

. Strategic plan for resource planning if needed need to
handle recruitment.
. Complete training to HR Recruiter
. Social branding though continuous job posting and resource
hiring advertisements.
. Preparation of job description and KRA for all hiring’s
. Helping recruiter in sourcing right candidates to meet the
TAT period.
. Finding new ways get more data, headhunting
. Screening of profiles
. Taking initial level of Telephonic / face to face interviews
. Giving in and out information to all walk in candidates
about company and profile
. Coro with recruitment and other vendor.
. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;
scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing
pay budgets; recommending, planning, and
implementing pay structure revisions.
. Effective negotiation on salary and joining date
. Identify talent and skills
. Taking part in Campus recruitment and representing
company
. Managing Labour contract agreement in line with Labour
Laws
. Evaluation and maintenance of all HR Related data
(Recruitment Tracker, Reference database, open
position tracker, new joinee)

Joining

. Coordinating with selected candidates on joining date and
documents

Formalities . On boarding candidates, coordinating with admin team for
arrangements of machine and other required things
(Bank account opening, email id creation, ID card)
. Coordinate for Introduction and induction

Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
