Candidate should have experience of 12 months of Sales / Business Development. Candidate should be fluent in communication & smart to sell.
Lead generation through offline real estate network which includes local are whatsapp groups, cold calling etc.
End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
Coordinate with the office coordinator for scheduling property site visit.
Escort the potential tenant to the suitable property for site visit.
Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant (or owner broker & potential tenant) & eventual deal closing
Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation
Remain updated with the prices of real estate properties in his assigned micro-market
Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing
